Point Marina. Our mechanical technicians are trained in all
aspects of installation, service and repair for: Yanmar, Westerbeke, Mercruiser, Universal, Kohler, and NextGen. Pilots Point Marina is experienced in everything
from engine alignment, running gear adjustments, vibration repairs…
just to name a few. Speak with one of our service managers to
set up routine maintenance of your engine(s) and ensure no interruption
in your summer boating plans. In addition, Pilots Point is an
authorized service center in refrigeration and air conditioning
for: Webasto, Cruisair, and Waeco. If it is a new refrigerator installation or an
air conditioning unit that just isn't working correctly, our
experienced service technicians can handle all your cooling
needs. We also offer complete routine maintenance, design and
installation services for plumbing and electrical systems. Pilots
Point’s mechanical department can service any sail or
power vessel up to 125’.
Carpentry

looking for. Pilots Point specializes in classic wooden yacht
repair and restoration. From teak deck replacement or simple
interior modification to basic repairs Pilots Point carpenters
are knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of wooden boat
restoration and repair including spar replacement. Pilots Point
carpenters and our carpentry shop can handle any size job from
small adjustments to complete restorations.
Refinishing
If a new finish is what you are looking
for, then the Pilots Point paint crew is capable of handling
your complete top-to-bottom boat finishes. With over 75 years
of spray and brush work experience you can be certain your
vessel is in practiced hands. Coupled with improved paint
products you can receive a superior bottom finish that lasts
longer than the bottom finishes of years ago. Our paint crew
is experienced in brush or spray painting with any type of
material. Pilots Point paint shop also specializes in hull
fairing and racing hull finishes. Pilots Point has a state
of the art facility that allows for “cutting edge”
sprayed finishes. Our paint technicians have decades of experience
with US paints and Interlux Yacht Systems products, specializing
in fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, and color matching. The
Pilots Point paint shop has developed an established proven
method for handling all your painting requirements.
Rigging
If
your standing or running rigging equipment is in need of service
or replacement Pilots Point rigging technicians can handle any
aspect of your rigging needs. If it is your deck hardware that
needs adjusting, we specialize in that too! The rigging shop
can also assist you with service, repair, and installation of
both hydraulic and manual winches. We are authorized sales and
service dealer for New England Ropes, Harken, Lewmar, Navtec,
Schaefer, Profurl, Hood Yacht Systems, Antal and Wichard. Need
to prepare for the racing season? The Pilots Point rigging staff
can ensure your equipment is prepared for winning a race. If
you are looking for mast stepping in the spring or un-stepping
in the fall with our 30-ton crane Pilots Point can handle rigs
up too 110’.

shop with our talented metal craftsmen is capable of handling
all facets of metal fabrication when it comes to your vessel.
Our journeymen are versatile and skilled in all areas of metal
fabrication, from machining, fabricating and welding. Our machinists
can create anything you are looking for. The Metal shop has
welding capabilities which include tig, mig and stick welding.
The metal shop has handled everything from fabricating custom
towers to pouring lead keels for America Cup boats. Contact
